Missy's water broke around 10:30 Sunday night. We (Missy, Davey & me!) went to the hospital. Mom, Belinda & Mariana (David's mom & sister) met us there. She went right into labor. Ren was breech so a c-section was imminent. During the hour and a half of prep time (her doctor came in even though she wasn't on call to deliver these cuties!), she went into full labor. All the way up to contractions less than a minute apart. That part sucked, but she did really good. Didn't even make any noises. She said she's sort of glad it happened that way b/c she felt like she did a little of both delivery options!
Anyway, the c-section went well...we saw the babies around 1:30. She was 35 weeks and a few days. Because they are so big for 35 weekers and breathing and eating so well, no NICU is needed. Hopefully it stays that way. They sure are precious! I think about them constantly!!!
Yay! So happy for them and you! I see lots of trouble from those 4 in the coming years.
