By that, I mean that I love a gal who can be who she is always. Who knows who she is and can express it. Not in an over the top, this is what I'm passionate about, I don't care if it makes others feel uncomfortable way, but in a confident, this is who I am way. Who can say what she feels in a way that makes others want to be around her flaws, b/c she admits them and that makes everyone love her that much more...b/c they feel comfortable w/ their flaws. That makes her beautiful to me. It's all about being real now that we are grown up. It's not about the clothes you wear or who you hang w/ b/c they dress cool or have a lot of money or belong to some group. Who wants to be around the sugar coated, sweetie pie queen who never shows her challenges in life?...not me. What's appealing to me is someone who knows who she is b/c that's who she always was. Someone who tries hard to be themselves no matter what the situation...that's hard. Whether in a new group or hanging w/ old friends...being real. Know what I mean? I honestly now have so many close friends that are this woman...& I LOVE it! Cheers to you REAL women in my life...having you makes me embrace my flaws! (Here's a special "shout out" to my friend, CC, who has a blog that is amazing. It's poetic and real, humble and so honest. It's who she is and I love that.
