We headed to Hotel Zella (an almost 100 year old, abandoned Hotel the family owns...now used for hunting in South Texas!) for a family get away w/ John's family. The kids LOVED it! They got to hang out w/ their cousins for almost 3 days. Holt got to sit in a deer blind and look for wildlife. I think they spotted a few deer, a bunny & a cardinal (Holt told me this one!). We ate lots of good home cooking and were lazy the whole time. Riding around in the Ranger on all that land is my favorite part. I know this place will make great memories for the kids.
