crayons can be sanitized?

I love Holt's teacher. (I'm a little biased b/c she's my friend too, but I do love her!)  She loves her kids and it shows in her teaching, so that's one of the many reasons.  But, she is also a germ freak...which I also love since it's school and my kid is in there.  So, on Fridays I help out in the classroom, then library.  Today she asked if I could stay behind to sanitize her crayons instead of going to the library?  What?  Are you kidding?  How do you do that?  She said she does it every Friday.  And everything else gets wiped down several times per day, daily.  So, she has a box that she puts them in, spray the Lysol in the box, put crayons in, spray a little more and shake em' up.  Do this for each table.  It cracked me up...but I sure did it.
