Longest post ever...here's what's up...

First day of Kindergarten!

Okay, so I know it has been WAY too long since I posted pics, but I've been so busy. I know, everyone has, but did think about it every day. I'll try to be a better blogger. Here's a quick recap of the weeks passed... (now read from the bottom of the post up)

A special first day snack...cheese stick pencils! He had such a great day. Thank you to all of our wonderful friends who called, emailed and sent sweet gifts to cheer on our Holtie.

After dance we had a girly playdate! How cute is that princess castle?

While Holt was at his first day of Kinder, Adly started back to dance. She was thrilled!

Even though it was still dark outside, this little man was bright eyed for his big day...KINDERGARTEN!! I still can't believe it's here. He's my first baby!

She was so proud of her big Kindergarten brother...& how sweet do they look together...it had only been about 12 minutes of forced awake time for Adly at this point.

If you know Holt, you won't be surprised to know that he ate it all and that the owner said she'd never seen a kid eat the whole thing! Oh brother!

He wanted a big cupcake to top off the last day of summer! Almond Joy from Cupprimo!

Adly's gone from needing her swim vest constantly, to wearing it only when it's absolutely necessary. She's gotten to be a really good dog paddler!

Mimi & Davey met us at the pool for Holt's last summer vacation day! We had a great time!!

Note the green container on the right side of the desk. Holt's sweet friend Livi made him a Kindergarten box full of great things to start him off & a really precious card! Thanks so much L & B! We LOVE it!
