Look at all these two year old cuties! We had a girlie playdate at the Ceramic Lodge in Round Rock. The girls all picked their own piece and the paint colors to paint it with. What a great way to spend some quality mommy/daughter time. We pick up our finished creations next week!I want my MUMMY...
My poor living room...they did clean it up though!
Missy came over on date night with a 6 pack of toilet paper and a smile. I dared to ask and she says, excitedly, "we're gonna be mummies." So, after we left for our date, they got to business. Holt wanted his whole body "mummified", but Missy said Adly made it clear that she didn't want her head wrapped! Missy isn't your normal aunt...she's the over the top kind that does everything you'd never do w/ your kids but would want to...that's her mission, I think, and I hope it never changes. They and we love our Missy so much...they definitely didn't need their mummy this night! Particular Pumpkin Painting...
We painted our pumpkins and each was very different. Holt was particular in his color selection and made sure all of the stem was covered, Adly wanted pink and purple, but then mixed them all together to make a marbled grey color & Jess did her dabble with painting and was ready to hit the playroom! It was a fun October activity together. I think we'll cut and glue face parts next!
