This morning when we all walked into Adly's room to say "Happy Birthday!" she asked, "Momma, when it was night time was I still 2? Then when I woke up, now I'm 3?" It made me smile big! "Yes, Adly, now you are three", I said.What a wonderful day...
Her big brother made her a card on his own, in his "office" this morning and wrote "Adly" all by himself. He bought her a Dora fishing pole w/ his own money! She LOVED it!! She went to school w/ pink sugar cookies w/ purple sprinkles in hand (She and I got to make them together. She specified the color.) this morning, wearing a precious jeweled b-day shirt (thanks, Livi) and a huge smile.

Her Mimi picked her up and she ate her favorite, two cheese roll-ups from Taco Bell and tomatoes on the side. She opened gifts from Mimi & Biggin' and played w/ Mimi. Her Terri came over in the afternoon and brought the most precious big girl doll w/ lots of shoes on a shoe rack for her! (so Adly & Terri!!). Her MaMa called and read her a special poem she wrote just for Adly. Daddy got home and we gave Adly her gift together...her first big girl bike w/ training wheels!! Daddy picked out this princess bike all by himself. Even though it was really too cold, we rode that new bike for about an hour.
She ate her other favorite for dinner, mac n cheese w/ ham & then played w/ Pappy. Missy came over right before bedtime w/ a HUGE Dora & Mickey balloon. She was one happy (& spoiled) 3 year old!! What a special day. Thanks to all of her family and friends who showed how very much they love her today. She loved all of the phone calls!!
Now on to her family party at Chuck E. (that mouse is one of the loves of her life)!...
