Tomorrow is "Meet the Teacher" at the kids' school. Although I love this school dearly, I am still a little sad to see them go...I do this every year. I know it's silly (my husband really thinks so), it's only 3 days for 3 hours for Adly (but it's her first time!) & a short pre-kindergarten week for Holt, but still...I'm a little sad. Going back through my blog posts I realized how much fun we've had this summer. It's times like these that I wish I could reflect on quickly when I'm having a, "my kids are driving me crazy" day! I'm gonna miss them, but know they'll have a great time. I need to shake this off b/c it's not too long before I have a lot more "me" time on my hands!
It has been a very fun summer with the kids! I feel very fortunate to have been able to spend time with them - but I know school will be a great experience for Adly and Holt will just continue his learning journey. He loves going, which makes letting go a little easier.
