Not sure where this came from, but when something is extreme, like too hot or cold, etc., Adly says..."It's hotter (or colder, etc.) than a BEE FEATHER."
What is that? It's hilarious. Holt loves when she says it. It really cracks him up.
When she gets home from any activity outside the house, she comes home and goes directly to play...in her room or playroom...alone. Holt can't understand that. So, yesterday she went directly into the playroom. After a little while he went in there and started to bug (like he always does). She says, very firmly, "I'm trying to do my own thing in here. Go out and do yours." Hilarious! ...& so her mother.
I love it! She reminds me of my Reagan with that attitude.
